Note moyenne 1,0 basée sur 1 avisWent for basic annual Ohip funded eye checkup. Dr Bain performed a $50 additional exam without telling me or obtaining my approval. Soon after Dr Bain started his exam he began pressuring me to commit to an additional $70 glaucoma test that I did not want or ask for. Dr Bain would not stop pushing for it even after him telling me I was at low risks based on what he just observed. Also told him I had been to the Ottawa General Hospital Eye Institute and was told my eyes were very good for my age. Still he kept trying to sell on additional $70 exam. Very unprofessional and unethical to perform $50 charges without my knowledge or approval and then pressure me for $70 additional services I did not want nor need. I strong advise to stay away from this clinic. They rate zero stars !
